UES currently has two main components to its business; Mechanical contracting and Servicing of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment.

The Service side of our business provides maintenance contracts for all types and sizes of cooling and refrigeration equipment. Primarily our service agreements are for large office buildings, schools, restaurants, sub stations and control buildings.
